INTO Carry's hands-on sewing and upcycling workshops get everyone out of the office, getting creative, havin' fun and making something with their hands. We can meet you at your end-of-year wrap up, or host you at our studio in Brunswick, Naarm/Melbourne.

More than half the people we've taught had never touched a sewing machine, so no experience is needed. Every session starts with the basics, then each person applies their own creative lens to a bag, patch or carry piece made from discarded materials. It's team bonding, a big dose of analogue and some practical skills in making with our hands, all in one afternoon. Everyone heads into the holidays with something they made, and skills to keep using at home.

We bring all the materials and equipment to your office or venue, or host your team at our Brunswick studio. Every session starts with the basics to build confidence, then everyone dives into their own creation. No two outcomes are ever the same. Choose the format that fits your end-of-year schedule below.

End-of-year team workshops
Custom Patches
2–3 hoursLearn to sew and make your own custom patches from discarded materials. Your team picks up appliqué and reverse appliqué techniques, then designs patches to repair or customise their own clothes and bags.

Wallet & Glasses Case
2 hoursThe easy end-of-year win. A relaxed, social session where your team forages, embellishes and hand stitches a card wallet and/or glasses case. Fits into an afternoon.
- Format: hand stitching
- Groups of 12–20 people
- We come to you or host in our Brunswick studio
- No sewing experience needed
Market Bag
4–5 hoursA proper afternoon off-screen. Your team learns hand-stitched repair techniques, then builds a lined Market Bag on the machine. Great before a team dinner.
- Format: machine & hand sewing
- Groups of 6–12 people
- We come to you or host in our Brunswick studio
- Everyone leaves with a lined bag

Workshops start from $1,000 excl. GST. Pricing depends on format, group size and location, and we'll send a quote once we know your team size and dates.
Yes. We provide our public liability insurance certificate and risk documentation for all bookings.
Yes. We design custom workshops for teams and customers, like our 'Design With Waste' workshops and retail activation with Converse. Email us to talk it through.
